standard delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) after the date the order is placed.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept orders for delivery to British Forces Post (BFPO), No Island, International or Channel Islands (GY, JE) addresses.
The following areas are subject to extended delivery times:

Please note that during particularly busy periods it may take a little longer to receive your delivery and our courier service may attempt to deliver to you on a Saturday.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm inclusive, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Deliveries are made via "curb side" courier companies. Unfortunately, due to insurance guidelines, drivers are not responsible for bringing products to your home. Therefore, provide adequate help at the time of delivery. (Note that some products can weigh more than 25 kilos).
The delivery team will also call or text you to schedule delivery; failure to do so may delay delivery or result in products not being shipped.
next day delivery
Our next day service for most of the UK will be available for orders placed with our sales team Monday to Friday before 12pm. m. for an additional fee (delivery only on weekdays). Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

In the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders canceled under the provisions of the Consumer Contract Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
All orders must be verified upon delivery and damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. If not, they may not be eligible for replacement.
Orders cannot be canceled for the following types of products:
Custom items.
Products already worked or used.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have a duty to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the products. The original shipping charge will not be refunded to you.
How to return a product
If you wish to return your product, you may do so using one of the following methods:
1. Request a collection through our returns team:

If you return an order/item within your 14 day right of cancellation, a collection fee will apply, depending on the product returned.
Or you can return the items to our warehouse, details below.
If you return your order/item after the 14 day cancellation period, this will be reviewed by the returns team and if accepted, there will be a 30% restocking fee and collection charge.
If you are not home when we attempt to collect, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 .
2. Return the item to our warehouse:
If you wish to return a product directly to us, you can do so by sending it to us or to a dedicated warehouse. Attach a note with your order confirmation/invoice.
This return method will be at your expense. We also recommend obtaining proof of shipment if the item is not received at our warehouse. Returned items must be in a resalable condition, and if there is any damage to these products, we will not be able to issue a refund in that case. This will be reviewed by the freight team at the relevant warehouse. The original shipping fee, if any, will also not be refundable if the item is returned.
